first_imgFancy having afternoon tea alone with just Daniel O’Donnell for company?Well that’s one of many prizes up for auction in aid of a campaign aimed at the revival of Ballyshannon’s once famous Allingham Arts and Literary Festival.The auction takes place at Dicey Reillys Bar on September 10th next And if having a chin-wag with Daniel isn’t your “cup of tea” then perhaps a coaching session with Packie Bonner is your goal.Both are just one of 50 or so auction items up for grabs.The auction will co-incide with the launch of an exciting weekend programme of events setting out details of the Arts Festival.The Auctioneer will be journalist Sean Perry and it promises to be a night of fantastic craic and entertainment with music by Sean Gibbons. Music Lessons and professional sessions from life coaches, chiropodists, golf pros and sports physios are all up for auction –these generous supporters have all volunteered 3 sessions each.
